• Direct bookings: name, email address, phone number, number of guests, stay dates, and promotional code when applicable.
• Payments: payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store or see your card details; PayPal handles that information under its own privacy policy.
• Guest access: your email address to send you an access code. This lets you enter the condominium and apartment and view host contact details, Wi-Fi credentials, and important apartment information without creating an account.
• Reviews: your name and experience text if you choose to leave a review on the site.
• Offer alerts: your push-notification subscription and the property you are interested in: Lake, Garden, or both.
• Analytics: anonymous or pseudonymous usage data, such as pages visited, language, referral source, and UTM parameters, through PostHog and stored locally in your browser. We do not record your screen or keystrokes.

• Process and manage your booking and stay.
• Send access codes and booking-related communications.
• Show relevant guest information, such as Wi-Fi, rules, and emergencies.
